Amanda Crowe selected Southern Miss Gulf Coast Homecoming Maid | People
University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast students have elected Amanda Crowe of Gulfport, a master’s in business administration student, to represent the student body at the university’s upcoming homecoming and Spirit Week festivities on both the Gulf Park and Hattiesburg campuses.
Crowe, whose campus activities include Southern Connection Leadership Team member, Student Government Association representative, and Collegiate DECA, says she grateful to everyone who supported her during the homecoming elections and that she is honored to represent Southern Miss Gulf Coast while attending homecoming events.
“I see this as an opportunity to bridge the gap between Southern Miss Gulf Coast and the Hattiesburg campus,” said Crowe. “I’m somewhat both a traditional student and a non-traditional student, so I feel like I am someone with whom all students can relate.”
