Forrest County Democrats open campaign headquarters | News

HATTIESBURG (WDAM)- Forrest County Democrats have opened their campaign headquarters for the upcoming November elections.

It's located at 2615 Lincoln Rd.

The office will provide campaign literature, signs and other types of voter information through Nov. 6.

"(We're) very excited," said H.C. Johnson, chairman of the Forrest County Democratic Party. "We're still working from the grass roots, we're working from the bottom up. We have people now ready to work and to answer any question that any voter might have," Johnson said.

"This is shaping up to be one of the hardest fought elections in American history and all over the country, grass roots Democrats are energized and ready to re-elect the President and support our Democratic candidates," said Rickey L. Cole, chairman of the Mississippi Democratic Party.
