“Exceptional Learners, Exceptional Instruction” conference set for Nov. 9 | Events

The Children’s Center for Communication and Development, in conjunction with the Office of Professional Development and Educational Outreach, will host a one-day conference “Exceptional Learners, Exceptional Instruction” on Nov. 9 at the Thad Cochran Center on The University of Southern Mississippi campus.

The conference is designed for speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, special instructors and early interventionists. Registration and check-in is scheduled for 7:30-8 a.m. with the series to conclude at 3:30 p.m.

A team of experts will lead informative, interactive sessions while examining a transdisciplinary approach to providing educational instruction in the home, school and community.
